1.  Register your client with us no later than 5:00 p.m. two days prior to auction.

2.  Execute an Affidavit Affirming You and Your Client Are in No Way Related.

The affidavit is required in order to place all bidders on a level playing field (i.e. no bidder gains a competitive bidding advantage by associating with a real estate agent directly related to the bidder as a family member, employee, etc.).  This form MUST be notarized and received (either the originals via mail or facsimiles) by the deadline referenced above.
