The affidavit is required in order to place all bidders on a level
playing field (i.e. no bidder gains a competitive bidding
advantage by associating with a real estate agent directly
related to the bidder as a family member, employee, etc.).
This form MUST
be notarized and received (either the originals via mail
or facsimiles) by the deadline referenced
above.
