WHAT IF MY PROPERTY IS ALREADY LISTED?

We evaluate the feasibility of co-listing agreements on a case-by-case basis. 

Traditional agents are trained in a manner that, for the most part, is completely inconsistent with auction success.  Nevertheless, SOME agents, most especially commercial agents, ARE inclined to acclimate themselves to the differences and cooperate fully to maximize the chance of success.  We are happy to pair with such agents.  Absent same, however, a formula for disaster ensues.  We quickly ascertain which agents are willing to cooperate genuinely as opposed to those being dragged "kicking and screaming" by their clients.
